Our History
Rafferty Search Associates, founded in 2004, is headquartered in Red Bank, NJ. Eileen Rafferty, founder, began her career in the staffing industry in 1991. While working her way up from an entry level Sales Representative to Regional Vice President, she found finding qualified staffing industry professionals to be a struggle. Eileen opened Rafferty Search Associates as an Executive Search firm for the staffing industry. Her goal, as someone who truly understands what the industry is looking for in a qualified candidate, was to offer a solution to this challenge. Today, Rafferty Search Associates also places qualified professionals in consulting, medical device, healthcare, insurance and E-Learning organizations. Rafferty Search Associates specializes in placing sales professionals of all levels, from entry to Chief Sales Officer, placements have included, VP of Strategic Accounts, Territory Managers, Recruitment Managers, Directors of Operations, Business Analysts and Sales Associates among others.
